  • Pitched and wrote bi-weekly articles for own personal column, “The Fast Break”

  • Alternated weeks with NFL-centered column titled "Inside the Huddle"

  • Covered interesting storylines that occurred during the NBA/NFL and NCAA seasons

  • Personally researched quotes and sources to find said storylines

  • Was published online, as well as in printed papers

January 2021 - Present

Sports Writer – Boston University Daily Free Press

  • ​Pitched and wrote stories for Boston University's student-run newspaper

  • Wrote game recaps on BU's basketball team, as well as professional teams (NFL, NBA)

  • Wrote features on BU athletic stories that developed during the season=

  • Interviewed players and coaches to get insight on the games and find unique stories

  • Attended home games at Boston University while also working remotely for away games

Senior Year (2018/19)

President – Burlingame High School (BHS) Service Commission

  • Elected by student peers to lead a team of 50 students, assisting the school on various special events including parent nights, sports games, band concerts & fundraisers

  • Also led student teams responsible for providing direct support to the City of Burlingame (and Peninsula area) community events including the annual tree lighting, beach clean ups, city parades and celebrations.

  • Recruited students, led team meetings, provided direction and motivation to ensure activities and support were completed on time and with a positive impact

  • Applied and was accepted as one of 10 Juniors to join BHS Service Commission
